Mamito GmbH (formerly MicroControl GmbH) has been involved in the improvement of deep-frying oils since 1999. Since then, we are focused on optimising the deep-frying process.

... that’s our motto. Together with our cooperation partner Maxfry® GmbH and renowned deep-fryer manufacturers, we have developed the Mamito system based on this objective.  We provide our customers in the bakery, gastronomy, system gastronomy, butchery trade and many more with the crucial advantage of achieving superior deep-frying and pastry frying quality while lowering costs.

The addition of cold-pressed and special oils to our range was the logical step based on continuous customer requests. Our product diversity is described in detail delicatessen oil section.
